Yes, accessible parking is available in Lot 11 and the Show Arena.There is also a handicap drop-off area in front of the expo building entrance. Please enter the Fairgrounds via Wedgewood Ave.
Yes, please use the GPS address 500 Wedgewood Ave. The drop-off spot is at the intersection of Wedgewood Ave and Rains Ave and is a short walk to the expo buildings.
An estimated 30,000 shoppers attend the event annually.
There are more than 250 merchants from 29 states who will be participating in Christmas Village this year.
The application will be posted in early February.
The waiting list does not roll over from one year to the next. Merchants are placed on the waiting list based on category and quality of merchandise and latest date available to be notified of acceptance. All decisions are final. We kindly request prospective merchants submit an application for no more than 3 consecutive years.

You must address the package to Christmas Village, along with your booth name and number so that your packages can be delivered. Packages delivered during the show will be left at the information booth and you will be paged to pick them up.This will occur twice a day to alleviate too many announcements and strain on the Faigrounds employees that we need elsewhere. Freight must be delivered between Friday, November 8 and Wednesday November 13th by 11:00 am. Packages must be sent via UPS or Fed Ex. And can be accepted throughout the show and will be brought to the buildings twice per day. Do not use USPS.
We do not rent wheelchairs, however, we are ADA accessible.

It was created in 1961 by the Nashville Pi Beta Phi Alumnae Club, an organization made up of Alumnae members of the Pi Beta Phi Fraternity for women from colleges all over the United States and Canada who live in the middle Tennessee area, to raise money for its philanthropies and to engage its members in an interesting and worthwhile project.
Christmas Village has been held at the Fairgrounds Nashville since 1968.
In 2023, $696,000 was raised bringing cumulative donations to over $14.7 million since 1961.
