General Admission Tickets

Tickets go on sale October 1st and are $15 online and $12 in advance at select TRUIST locations (beginning Oct. 5). Return tickets are available for $10 at the information booth and must be purchased before you leave on your first day at Christmas Village.

 

Cash will not be accepted at the door for entry to the Village or purchase of return tickets.

 

Children age 9 and under are free.

*No pets allowed-service animals only.

PARKING will be free this year for all attendees! Christmas Village will be underwriting the parking cost for our guests.

Sneak-A-Peek

November 14, 2024 from 4:00-9:30 PM

Sneak-A-Peek is our exclusive preview event before the Village opens to the public. A limited number of tickets are available for this event. Your Sneak-A-Peek pass also grants you one free return visit to the Village during the weekend. Be the first to see and shop the amazing merchandise at Christmas Village as you sip a glass of wine.

 

All persons attending Sneak-A-Peek must have a ticket regardless of age. No strollers or carts are permitted. 

 

Sneak-A-Peek invitations will be mailed the first week of October. If you do not receive an invitation, please check back after November 1st to see if tickets are still available. Thank you for your interest and we look forward to seeing you at Christmas Village!

Cash will not be accepted for general admission tickets purchased at the door or for return tickets purchased at the information booth. However, the merchants at Christmas Village do accept cash as well as credit cards. The Fairgrounds Nashville charges a $10 parking fee that is cash only.

Christmas Village is located at the The Fairgrounds Nashville. The address to use if using a GPS device is 500 Wedgewood Avenue, Nashville, TN 37203.

An estimated 30,000 shoppers attend the event annually.

There are more than 250 merchants from 29 states who will be participating in Christmas Village this year.

The application will be posted in early February.

The waiting list does not roll over from one year to the next. Merchants are placed on the waiting list based on category and quality of merchandise and latest date available to be notified of acceptance. All decisions are final. We kindly request prospective merchants submit an application for no more than 3 consecutive years.

We do not rent wheelchairs, however, we are ADA accessible.

Yes, your patron donation is tax deductible in the amount of your donation less the number of tickets ($35 each), t-shirts ($20 each), and shopping bags ($3 each) you receive.

It was created in 1961 by the Nashville Pi Beta Phi Alumnae Club, an organization made up of Alumnae members of the Pi Beta Phi Fraternity for women from colleges all over the United States and Canada who live in the middle Tennessee area, to raise money for its philanthropies and to engage its members in an interesting and worthwhile project.

Christmas Village is operated by over 200 volunteers, all members of the Pi Beta Phi fraternity (actives and alumnae), who donate more than 1500 hours of their time to ensure a successful event each year.

Christmas Village has been held at the Fairgrounds Nashville since 1968.

In 2023, $696,000 was raised bringing cumulative donations to over $14.7 million since 1961.
